By accessing or using Play Pylon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using Play Pylon

Play Pylon provides fantasy football content, league tools, product previews, and related services focused on college football. Some features may be in preview, beta, demo, or limited release. Features may change, be delayed, or be removed.

You must use the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users, league integrity, or the operation of the platform.

Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide for your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our own failure to secure the service.
• You should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Leagues, commissioners, and gameplay

Play Pylon may allow users to create leagues, invite others, set league rules, manage rosters, and participate in gameplay. Commissioners may have additional controls within their leagues. League members are responsible for understanding league-specific settings and deadlines.

We may correct obvious scoring, data, or platform errors. We also reserve the right to suspend or reverse actions that result from abuse, exploitation of bugs, automation that harms the service, or attempts to manipulate league outcomes in bad faith.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Play Pylon for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or deceptive conduct.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that you do not have permission to access.
• Interfere with the service through scraping, bots, overload, security testing without permission, or other disruptive behavior.
• Upload or share content you do not have the right to use.
• Exploit bugs or unpublished features in a way that harms the product or other users.

Subscriptions and payments

If Play Pylon offers paid features or subscriptions, pricing, billing terms, renewal details, refund policies, and any plan-specific conditions will be presented at the time of purchase. Third-party payment processors may handle payment transactions on our behalf.

Intellectual property

Play Pylon and its service content, branding, software, design, and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any related intellectual property, except for the limited right to use the service as permitted by these terms.

You retain rights to content you submit where applicable, but you grant Play Pylon a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate the service.

Product availability and changes

We are building an evolving product. We may change features, interfaces, scoring defaults, league settings, support channels, or availability without guaranteeing that every version remains the same forever.

Disclaimers

Play Pylon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of all content or stats, or that the service will be error-free at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Play Pylon and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or misuse the service in a way that harms Play Pylon or its community.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
